Hi,
Wolf Patrol cooked this and it tasted good. We have some questions about the recipe.
How much water in the pan to boil ?
Do you add the lemon juice as well ?
Do you chop or grate the lemon peel ?
How long do you boil the pears for ?
What does "lumen wine" mean ?
How much wine/water is left at the end ?
For us, the wine was a problem. We meet in a baptist church and they do not allow wine. Also, the Scouts are too young to buy wine in the UK.
